Our Tents are all standard 10'x10' ezup type tents.  Food

 Bring items to decorate your booth!  Don't be bored and again, make sure you list out your products and/or services clearly!

 Display the purpose of your booth.  Do you have QR code that leads to more info?  Be sure to display it with poster and protect it well from all elements such as wind and water.

 As seen here, this is an exhibitor occupying half of a tent.  The sign on the top is provided by the festival but they added their own style to it.

 You can choose to bring your own banner like this.  However, we recommend that this is hung in the middle or back of the tent

  • A covered space with a canopy

  • Banner (optional but can be catchy!)
  • Change $$$ in small denominations

  • Signs, posters, menu (Be clear on pricing)
  • Brochures, handouts, samples to give away
  • Don't forget to support your fellow exhibitors


  •  The festival goes on Rain or Shine. No refunds will be given. No Cancellations for any reason unless the city determines the situation is dangerous.
  • Parking – Early Sunday is easier to find parking.  NO PARKING within our block!!
  • Unless otherwise arranged, you will be provided with only a tent, table and chairs. In some situation, please try to bring your own tables and chairs. 
  • You are responsible for your own equipment, supplies, and consumables. You will need to provide your own staffing for your space. Power is not provided without prior arrangement.
  • Please keep your space clean. Trash / Recycle receptacles are distributed throughout the site. You may bring larger items to the designated location for disposal.
  • If you don’t need it, please do not bring it. We are not responsible for the loss of any valuables.
  • You have to man your booth to at least 4PM, even you have finished selling your items.  


For Events on Street (April, June, July)

  • Event hours: 10AM-6PM (Actual is 11-5)
  • Preparation time: from 9AM to 10AM. (Allowed driving in until 10AM)
  • Cleaning up time: from 6PM to 7PM ( Allowed driving from 6PM)
  • Booth size: 1 booth 10 feet x10 feet (3 meters X3 meters)

For Events in Long Island City's Culture Lab:


August: 

  • Event hours: 3PM-9PM (Could be like to 8PM but we will see)
  • Preparation time: from (1PM-2PM)
  • Cleaning up time: from 9PM to 10PM

September: 

  • Event hours: 2PM-8PM (Could be like to 8PM but we will see)
  • Preparation time: from (12PM-2PM)
  • Cleaning up time: from 8PM to 9PM
  • Booth size: 1 booth 10 feet x10 feet (3 meters X3 meters)


  • Please dispose of all trash around you in bags and receptacles throughout the site. Use the Garbage cans provide on site.
  • Please break down and FLATTEN ALL cardboard boxes before disposal.
  • Separate all Cardboard from other refuse.
  • Bring ALL trash to the designated location (Usually near corner)
  • Leave tables clean and chairs folded by the table.
  • Thank You and See You Next Year!
